I represent businesses in employment law disputes and counsel employers on matters involving employee hiring, discipline, accommodations, leaves of absence and wage and hour issues. I work with in-house counsel and HR professionals to resolve complex employment law matters and workplace disputes. I assist businesses with trade secret issues. I am a litigator at heart and my goal is to achieve the best outcome for my clients through litigation proceedings in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations and informal settlement negotiations.Over the years, I have represented numerous businesses of all sizes in litigation disputes involving product liability, general business litigation, health care and employment law matters. I have also assisted business in breach of contract and immigration matters.
