Recruit new candidates through various methods and advertises for each to ensure continuous flow of new candidates for client positions.•Screen candidates according to skills, work history, experience, etc. and qualifies them for positions. •Interview candidates on a daily basis to determine proper fit for positions.•Establish relationship with clients to understand specific staffing and recruiting needs and develops a plan to meet client objectives in a timely manner.•Meet in person with clients to develop a rapport and build relationship.•Identify and build recruiting sources by measuring quality and quantity of applicants.•Handle assigned employee performance issues including retention, counseling, reprimands, terminations, etc.•Improve efficiencies by recommending new policies and procedures to further enhance company. •Update staffing and recruiting industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. •Inform prospective new clients about services in order to acquire new business and onboards new clients according to policy.•Assist with new client development through networking and other means.•Representing ASC at outside events including job fairs, client meetings and staffing industry events.
