Program Management: Organize, update, and lead the sourcing and allocation of temp Recruiting Coordinators for the entire ADG organization. Over 90 temp RCs were hired in Q1-Q2, scaling our RC population by about 200%. • Project Management: lead a team of 12 RCs in initiative aimed to increase calibrated interviewer population ahead of the 2023 hiring season. Divided approx. interviewers amongst team for reach-outs with a projected 30% increase of training calibration in Devices org MoM (ongoing). • Project Management: Partnered on Candidate Placement Accelerator (CPA) program placing offer-ready and onsite-ready candidates with open positions during Q4 2022. Matched over 200 offer-ready candidates, 33 resulting in offer accepts in September to October. • Sourcing: source and develop QAE prospects into candidates. Conduct 2-3 prep sessions per week to prepare candidates for interviews which has led to an 87% passing rate from phone interview to virtual final round of interviews. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to maintain effective networks for top-talent attraction. • Maintain and own, on average, 20 phone screen candidates and 15 onsite loop candidates (loops ranging from 4-6 interviewers each with 60min time slots) at any given time. • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative strategies to uphold great candidate experience. • Maintain a 99%+ 2-Day response time for phone screen candidates. Also maintain 100% candidate contact and scheduling rate of interviews within 1 business day of availability received. • Experience with leading candidates through pre-boarding and onboarding processes including background checks, immigration, I-9 work authorization, equipment retrieval, network access, NDAs, etc.
