Designing learning that inspires adults to grow isn\'t just my profession - it\'s my passion! My background spans academic, military, and professional contexts, and I enjoy bringing creativity, structure, and technology together to make learning accessible and impactful. As a multilingual Instructional Designer and Digital Learning Specialist, I focus on creating programmes that combine instructional design, adult learning theory, and modern digital tools. My experience includes developing e-learning resources for professionals, delivering language training for the British Army, designing inclusive programmes for diverse learners, and supporting integration through NGO-led adult education. I\'m currently completing a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design and an AI in Education programme, building advanced skills in emerging technologies that will shape the future of L&D. My approach is grounded in clarity, inclusivity, and engagement, and I have been consistently recognised by learners for designing training that\'s practical, relevant, and motivating.
