I’m a bilingual operations leader with a passion for advocacy and community support, currently transitioning into the legal field with a focus on immigration law. As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader at Target, I lead a team of over 15 associates, manage productivity metrics, enforce policy compliance, and streamline workflows to ensure high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.Previously, I served as an Area Manager Intern at Amazon, where I led the implementation of ProGlove technology to improve efficiency and reduce ergonomic risk in outbound operations. This project involved performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to senior leadership—building a strong foundation in documentation and strategic execution.Outside of my full-time roles, I volunteer as the Communications & Production Coordinator and Corporate Secretary for Iglesia Evangelistica Pentecostal. In this role, I manage live-stream production, create advertising content for events, and ensure smooth internal operations through organized board documentation.
