Vendor Collaboration: Collaborates with external vendors to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and necessary agreements for procurement in addition to managing on-going relationships. Team Management: Leads cross-functional teams to find creative solutions to technical issues, prioritizes and escalates problems to leadership and stakeholders as needed. Resource Management: Oversee program/project costs, schedules, and staffing requirements for cross-functional teams. Methodology Implementation: Implements new project management methodologies to improve IT initiative delivery; develop and maintain a library of Organizational Process Assets (OPAs) for use in future projects.
