Desmond is a M.Sc. Hydrogen Technology student at TH Rosenheim, holding a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering. He has developed hands-on expertise in utility systems including water and brine chillers and compressed air networks and implemented lean manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke) during his Graduate Engineer Traineeship at UPL.
