Dear Sir or Madam: I am Desire\'e Vaughan, a Business optimization champion in IT & HR, and a veteran Sales Professional. I have strong attributes in, attention to detail followed by a can-do work ethic. After beginning my career in Human Resources in 2014, my Human Resource experience has fostered over the past 6 years, in continuous learning backed by teamwork and strength. I know I can be an asset to your company. My values include teamwork; entrepreneurial mindset and people focus first and foremost. This continued my growth in Human Resources, to further mature my skills. I have refined my ability to provide the business and employees equally with the tools they need to be successful. My organization and time management skills are solid strengths. Additionally, my experience includes an extensive sales/management background that included, Assistant Manager at Kay Jewelers, and Sales Representative at T-Mobile. These experiences have fostered work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work with different personalities as well as persons within different levels of an organization. This has cultivated an impeccable work ethic that includes strategic time management skills, change management, strong ability to overcome objections. As well as a strong desire to create, deploy and maintain the proper processes and procedures that benefit the business and employees alike in order to maximize growth potential, and improve and maintain company culture.
