About Desiree Hannigan

I have the privilege of leading the product designers across five different product spaces working on communications, inventory, and system management tools. My role centers on supporting designers, helping them grow, removing obstacles, and making sure they have the clarity, tools, and trust they need to do great work.I work closely with product, engineering, and business partners to align design work with real operational needs, while also building healthy design practices and ways of working across teams. I care deeply about creating an environment where designers feel supported, challenged, and empowered.At the core of my leadership is servant leadership: listening first, advocating for my teams, and focusing on people as much as outcomes. I’m passionate about mentoring, strengthening collaboration, building products and teams that scale thoughtfully.
