Reporting to the Head of People,I’ve led initiatives that bring both structure and heart to the employee experience, from automating and streamlining onboarding to building an internal learning hub and introducing new policies that support both people and business growth. A key achievement has been the design and implementation of a career progression framework that increased internal mobility, unlocked lateral growth, and boosted our already high employee satisfaction. Each project reflects my passion for making growth opportunities more accessible while also driving business success.Right now, I’m driving forward a Learning & Development strategy with tailored roadmaps that empower our colleagues to grow while supporting the company’s long-term success.
