ABOUT DESIREE SOUSA

I am a Project & Portfolio Management Specialist at OnePlan,#1 Microsoft partner and leading provider of Strategic Portfolio and Work Management. I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Honours Bachelor\'s degree in Global Studies. My core competencies include delivering value to customers, exceptional attention to detail, and strategic development. In my current role, I am responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with key high-level executives and clients, researching and prospecting targeted ICPs, achieving and exceeding the monthly quota of outbound and inbound demos booked, and developing and closing new business opportunities. I have also successfully completed multiple certifications in DEI, leadership, and research ethics. I am passionate about creating inclusive and diverse work environments, engaging with different communities and stakeholders, and delivering value and impact to my clients. I bring a global perspective, a collaborative mindset, and a growth-oriented attitude to my team and organization. Outside of work you can find me serving my community, in the gym, traveling, or binging my favorite movies.
