As an Executive Team Lead at Target, I leverage my MLT certification, military background and 5 years of leadership experience to drive store performance and guest satisfaction. I have completed two ETL Remodel assignments in 2022, transforming the layout, design, and functionality of the stores to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.In my current role as ETL GM and Food Sales, I oversee the replenishment, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, talent management, and signing processes for all areas of the store. I coach and develop my team to meet goals and deliver excellent guest service. I also collaborate with other leaders and district partners to support store operations and initiatives.
