Team Supervision • Lead and supervise crew members during your shift. • Assign tasks (e.g, cashier, grill, drive-thru, lobby) and manage breaks. • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members. Customer Service • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally. • Resolve guest concerns quickly and efficiently. • Maintain speed, accuracy, and friendliness at all service points. Operations Management • Open or close the restaurant (depending on the shift). • Ensure all equipment is working properly. • Follow safety, food handling, and cleanliness standards. • Conduct line checks and food quality checks. Inventory & Cash Handling • Count drawers and ensure proper cash handling procedures. • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to managers. • Help place or receive food and supply orders when necessary. Training & Development • Train new employees on Burger King procedures and standards. • Reinforce company policies and procedures during the shift. Reporting & Communication • Complete shift reports and communicate key information to the next shift manager or restaurant manager. • Report issues to upper management (e.g, staffing, maintenance, safety).
