Delivers comprehensive compensation consulting including base pay management, incentive plan administration and alternative reward programs. • Trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and recruiting by providing recommendations on compensation matters that both support business goals and ensure market competitiveness. Collaborates with HR Business Partners to understand business needs and develop solutions. • Responsible for various compensation programs such as bonus programs, base pay administration, and sales compensation. • Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales compensation metrics. • Partners with key stakeholders to drive and influence the development and execution of compensation projects such as salary structures, job leveling and policies. • Evaluates jobs responsibilities and collects market intelligence by participating in annual salary surveys. • Actively participates in the successful implementation and management of our annual compensation planning process which includes design updates and system testing. • Conducts ad-hoc compensation analysis including, but not limited to financial modeling, data audits, pay change or ad-hoc payment reports. • Monitors pay equity and proactively recommends adjustments as appropriate. • Supports the continued development, rollout and maintenance of Job Architecture by conducting thorough job evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to the level structure. • Liaises with HRIS to configure compensation related business processes and resolve Workday user concerns. • Successfully implemented ticketing system to streamline compensation transactions, reducing administrative time by 30%.
