Fully manage & oversee hr recruitment needs globally for clinical research & developmental organization.\\\\n•Administrator & Process Lead for HRIS; successfully transformed department from paper to electronic database / applicant tracking system; System expert & point of contact for all escalated issues\\\\n•Train and mentor new hires, managers, etc, on various processes, procedures, etc.\\\\n•Oversee small support team, delegate tasks & provide guidance as needed.\\\\n•Hands on with various HR functions: Full Cycle Recruitment, Retention efforts, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, New Hire Induction, Reporting, Audit/Analysis Support, etc.\\\\n•Identify, Source, Recruit, Attract & Interview Qualified Candidates needed to fill positions at various levels.\\\\n•Annual salary / compensation analysis, participate in salary surveys, etc.\\\\n•Hire talent for various department / company needs.\\\\n•Support employee grievance process, conduct exit interviews & advice on retention initiatives & company morale-team building events.\\\\n•Benefits & Leave Administrator duties including annual enrollment presentations & updates.\\\\n•Coordinate employee wellness initiatives, biometrics screenings on site, etc.\\\\n•Maintain HRIS internal database (requisitions, employees status change tasks, etc.)\\\\n•Create new and update existing job descriptions & company policies as needed for compliance.\\\\n•Maintain & track employee referral bonus program and recruitment bonus initiatives.\\\\n•Establish partnerships/build network to expand HR/Recruitment efforts, including attending various seminars, workshops, conferences, events, etc.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
