Thank you for stopping by.Let me introduce myself:I’m a proud two-time Washburn University graduate – Go Bods! – and as of December 2023, I added a Jayhawk to the mix with a Master of Public Health. While my heart belongs to Kansas teams, I’m an enthusiastic fan of people everywhere.My passion lies in creating experiences where individuals feel supported, empowered, and excited to grow — especially in the workplace. I believe the employee journey should feel like a well-choreographed dance: full of energy, intention, and the right rhythm for every step. That’s why I love building and managing engagement programs, professional development opportunities, and cultural initiatives that help people not only succeed, but truly thrive.In my view, work shouldn’t just be about tasks — it should be about connection, purpose, and feeling like you’re part of something meaningful.
