Lead the Global Financial Technology organization supporting Hyatt Corporate, Americas, ASPAC, EAME, SWA regions. Vision, direction and management of the IT organization supporting the CFO Organization consisting of Finance and Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Sourcing, Continuous Process Improvement, Tax, Internal Audit and Financial Planning & Analysis. Collaborate with the division VP during the budget planning process; provide project management and budget oversight. Develop & establish a standardized support process for all applications across Finance Technology. Collaborate with business leadership across Americas Hotels, Corporate & Regions to understand priorities and define & execute roadmaps. Responsible to ensure financial systems stability to support aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual close timelines. Manage a team of 13 employee and 35+ vendor resources and execute periodic releases of enhancements and fixes. Collaborate and manage an external Oracle team to ensure availability of a stable Oracle Environment for the applications to run on. Establish strong relationships with major vendors such as Oracle, Kofax, Vertex, Insight (Excel4Apps) as well as ITO partners Promote team building and training and assist in the performance review process. Establish an RPA CoE, develop standards & framework to explore opportunities to leverage Robotics to cut costs & increase productivity.
