I’m a creative and production executive with 25+ years in digital media — most of that spent running a studio producing award-winning games, animation, and interactive experiences for some of the biggest brands in the world.Over nearly two decades, I’ve overseen the production of minutes of animated content and more than 100 games and digital projects. I’ve built and led teams of designers, developers, and producers across multiple time zones and countries, at times working with multiple vendors and 250+ artists. Along the way, I also helped develop some critically acclaimed IP and internal projects.I prefer calm over chaos, clarity over noise, results over attention. I’m at my best translating between creative and technical teams, smoothing out production pipelines, and keeping things moving without anyone losing sleep (except me). Humour helps. So does experience.I listen more than I speak and embrace problem-solving, connecting dots, and making sure everyone is empowered to do their best work.
