Design seamless and effortless experience of various touch points where lululemon welcomes and connects with their guest whether they are visiting the store, website, or mobile app.• Solve many of current/potential problems and customer/user pain points of the login experiences via different platforms/channels• Provide the best design solutions possible that are always data-driven based on the analytics and metrics, ensuring the suggested design recommendations meet the product goals and vision• Reinforce effortless recognitions to impact the significant increase of authenticated visits and purchases• Lead the conversations of making every alignment across the organization while considering and communicating any foreseeable concerns and challenges• Greatly contribute on UX Governance to provide the clear guidance and consistent gated experience, sharing whys and hows• Partner and collaborate with UX Research team and conduct User Interviews, Surveys, Usability Tests, and Accessibility Tests• Closely support the login scrum team to deliver the ideal user experience with considerations of technical limitations and product timelines
