About Desi Cunningham

I am currently a Customer Success Manager. I enjoy working with people and building relationships. I consider myself someone with an entrepreneurial mind. I like to think of an entrepreneur as one who strives to solve the world’s problems and I am constantly thinking of how I can improve things around me. I create relationships with customers and others by advocating for them in their journey through the stages of LBGUPR (learn, buy, get, use, pay, and renew). When I am not at work, I love spending time with my animals and being outside exploring. I am constantly on the go and love to visit new places. I am also lucky enough to freelance and work with Airbnb & hotels to create beautiful photos for marketing and influencing.
