Responsible for aligning digital properties with the corporate business and marketing strategy. • Ensure that the web properties possess the functionality to fully support marketing campaigns. • Ensure alignment of product development roadmap with business and marketing priorities.• Develop and maintain product roadmap for websites, email, social, mobile, apps, etc.• Create and operate process for documenting, analyzing and prioritizing requests for new and enhanced functionality of the digital properties.• Create and maintain ongoing product and functional requirements for digital properties to ensure that the requested functionality is delivered.• Create, manage and contribute to software development projects that utilize internal and external resources and produce project artifacts (product requirements, functional & technical designs, user stories, test plans, schedules, deployment plans, training plans, etc.) needed to deliver digital functionality necessary to support marketing initiatives.• Provide regular status updates on all digital development activities and escalate project issues as they arise.• Review technical and function specification documents for development activities.• Work with cross functional teams (Marketing, Affiliate Relations, Service Center, technical teams, etc.) to define, design and document online experiences.• Work with current and potential partners to define integration between company and supplier websites, where appropriate.• Define and manage all levels of user-based testing for the websites (i.e, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing).• Present digital marketing demonstrations to partners, management and staff.• Conduct competitive / comparative reviews of external digital resources that provide similar functionality to digital properties.• Create and manage iterative software releases (sprints) and deployment schedules using AGILE software development methodologies and supporting processes.
