I am a seasoned R&D leader with over 28 years of industrial experience in the medical device, product development, systems engineering, and biotechnology fields. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centered solutions in a regulated environment, leading cross-disciplinary teams of over 400 professionals across 10 global sites.Most recently, I was the VP, Head of Decentral Care and Digital Services at Siemens Healthineers, where I focused on scalable business solutions that integrated diagnostics, digital data infrastructure, and telehealth components to drive value along clinical pathways. I also developed and executed a multiyear R&D strategy that leveraged user design, digitalization, resource rightsourcing, knowledge management, and open innovation. Additionally, I was the technical diligence and PLM integration lead for multiple scouting/M&A projects and three acquisitions. I also have a strong innovation background, with over 80 granted US patents and several more in progress. My passion is to create impactful and disruptive technologies that improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.I have a strong expertise in digital health, diagnostics, and medical device product development, and a passion for solving complex problems that matter.
