ABOUT ASHISH DESHPANDE

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I’ve always been passionate about technology and problem-solving. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a solid foundation in software development and enjoyed exploring innovative solutions that would later guide my professional path. My interests in scalable systems, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture have been a continuous driving force in my career.Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with industry leaders across sectors, including telecom, banking & finance, betting, and technology. At Scalable Capital in Munich, I currently design and deploy robust APIs and microservices for trading platforms, leveraging technologies like Java 17+, Kotlin, Spring, and AWS. In previous roles with organizations such as Barclays and Oracle Financial Services, I contributed to large-scale, event-driven systems, cloud-native solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. My technical journey has been hands-on with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices to ensure reliable, high-performance applications.Looking ahead, I aim to continue advancing into Principal Engineer roles, focusing on architecting scalable, cloud-based solutions that drive business success. I’m passionate about mentoring teams, exploring new technologies, and enhancing systems through innovation and strategic technical decisions. I’m excited about opportunities where I can influence development at scale, drive impactful changes, and contribute to forward-thinking projects in the tech space.
