About Aditya Deshmukh
I am a passionate and license structural engineer having 7.5+ years of Experience. I have completed my master’s in structural engineering from Nagpur University, in 2015. After that, I started my career with Sterling engineering consultancy and worked with Buro-Happold Engineering. During this time I have worked on some prestigious projects which included several residential skyscrapers which are having a height of 269.0 metres, commercial buildings, and hotel structures. I am currently working with Stabilis Engineering Consultants LLP and also pursuing Ph.D.(In structures). My role has ranged from being a structural design engineer, structural peer reviewer and project coordinator on various projects in the country and abroad. I have maintained my passion for keeping up-to-date knowledge on technological developments in structural engineering with a particular interest in concept structural design, structural value engineering and seismic engineering. I am a licensed Professional Engineer (I) and chartered Engineer(I). I own a BMC license for designing up to 40 metres height of the building. Key Experience - Analysis and design of high-rise structures up to 260.00-metre height- Static seismic analysis, dynamic seismic analysis and wind analysis- Design of underground parking (up to 22.50-metre below ground)- Design of cantilever earth retaining structures and basement earth retaining structures- Design of underground water tank and Septic Tank- Design of long RCC floor system (span up to 11.0-metre in flat slab and span 14.0-metre in Grid system)- Design of rectangular Girder/Beam (Beam depth upto 3.0 to 5.0-metre)- Design of ramps and different shapes of staircases- Review of temporary formwork design and detailing of structural members- Review of concrete mix design report- Coordination with inter-discipline like architecture, MEP and client.
