I have primary responsibility for management of the Downtown Detroit Partnership’s (DDP) safety program including oversight of vendors, stakeholder coordination, and the city-wide Project Lighthouse initiative. Responsibilities also include management and planning for the Business Improvement Zone’s (BIZ) infrastructure including asset inventory, repairs, upgrades and replacement. I oversee the winter lighting program; supports Ambassador workforce development; and manages client relationships for services provided by the BIZ. I am also responsible for deploying resources strategically while managing multiple projects with keen attention to quality and detail that supports a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
