ABOUT DESHAWN CURTIS

A self-motivated, detail oriented, hands on, team leader with over twenty years of sales and relationship management experience. A proven track record in organizing, developing and streamlining procedures, and enhancing revenue with extensive knowledge of training / motivating teams and individuals to exceed expectations. A strong negotiator, creative solution oriented problem solver capable of working with executives, supervisors, colleagues and subordinates to ensure the best possible outcomes. Ability to gain confidence and cooperation from all, empowering an attitude for success towards a common goal. I am a person with a passion to live my life to its fullest. I choose to smile and find the bright side of any day. I am willing to help others even if it is \"not my job\". I believe a team is more than one player. I work hard to play hard; I do what it takes to get the job done! If I don\'t have the answer I can normally find it. I have a number of different passions including maintaining a healthy life style with nutritional eating and a fair dose of exercise. I competed when I was younger and am very happy to awake each day and find ways to motivate and inspire young athletes. I am very creative and enjoy cooking, investing, and coaching youth sports. I love to learn and am usually either taking a class or reading a book that is about doing-it-yourself. My biggest passion of all is my love to travel especially with my family and friends.
