Startup, shutdown & Monitor Process conditions using MOD V, Dowtran and IP21. Troubleshoot and process upsets that may occur with other operators and staff members to make sure EH & S, quality and production rate requirements are met. Process Operator• Participate in process operations, maintenance & clearing jobs to help the team identify tasks and set timelines for completion of jobs• Communicate plant operating disciplines and procedures to the various shifts to provide continuity• Participate in shutdown and start up planning and preparation. Provide input on workload and resource scheduling• Participate in troubleshooting non-routine plant issues and operating problems• Issue Safe work permits, manage and track Red Tag Masters (RTM’s/IOES)• Identify and communicate plant improvement items to AC/GK through work notifications• Assist engineers and staff members in implementation of process solutions
