I am the Head of Compliance, UK & I as part of the Ethics, Compliance, and Security team working from Uber’s London office. My job is to ensure Uber stays compliant with the UK regulations and any conditions set by our regulators and the law. Additionally, ensuring that Uber employees follow our internal policies and standards. I focus on building the right compliance programs, monitoring results, and, no matter what, ensuring we always #DoTheRightThing.My background is in Technology & Risk Management. I started at PwC as a Risk & Controls Analyst in Technology Risk, specialising in SOX audits, IT General Controls, SOC1, SOC2, and AUPs.Outside of work, I love to learn about various thinking tools and psychological biases.
