I am fortunate to have worked for some inspirational leaders and passionate team members to achieve this for many years and look forward to continuing to do so in the coming times.Having a passion to know and work closely with leaders and team members from all across the globe, understand their culture and different ways of working, offer support and developmental opportunities has helped shaped me to be the learning leader that I inspired to be, and this journey will always be a work in progress.I have led global training teams across the Asia Pacific, EMEA and AMER regions for many years. As a target-driven leader, with a lot of focus on people, it is my hope to bring together my leadership and L&D skills within a challenging business environment for successful outcomes.My current role allows me to oversee a global team focused on program management, facilitation and training logistics. Additionally, I support our global learning projects as a project manager and also support specific business functions as their Learning Business Partner.
