Currently, leading Operations transformation using AI and Automation to make Operations efficient, accurate, and timely. As Product Director at JPMorgan Chase, my mission is to lead HR technology transformation, leveraging my expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. With a strategic focus on data-driven solutions, our team has pioneered the integration of Oracle HCM SaaS, establishing a robust data distribution platform that enhances the employee experience through secure and efficient authentication processes.During my role as Executive Director of Software Engineering, we cultivated a culture of innovation, developing a containerized application ecosystem that seamlessly orchestrates data between HCM and JPMC\'s extensive application suite. Our collaborative efforts enabled data scientists to tap into a rich data reservoir for critical risk management and analytics, underpinning the firm\'s commitment to leveraging technology for operational excellence and insightful decision-making.During my time with JPMC Consumer Banking line of business, I led the build out of customer data ecosystem processing 100+MM transactions across customer accounts and interactions which allowed for risk, finance, and marketing to underwrite \"chase offers\" as well as perform analytics and reporting for all use cases.
