I’ve always been drawn to the people side of work, in a practical “why isn’t this working for them?” way.Why are smart people overwhelmed by simple processes?Why do good teams get stuck because of unclear communication?Why do so many workplaces feel more draining than energising?These questions followed me everywhere, across countries, roles, and every team I’ve been part of. And over time, I realised something simple: most people don’t struggle because they lack talent. They struggle because the systems around them aren’t built with people in mind.That curiosity pushed me into Organisational Psychology and shaped the kinds of roles I took on.In France, as a Language Assistant, I saw how quickly people open up when they feel supported. Helping students express themselves in a new language taught me that belonging and encouragement completely change how someone participates.In HR, I saw it from another angle. Improving workflows, clarifying processes, and supporting global teams showed me that people rarely struggle because of capability, they struggle when systems, communication, or expectations fail them. Even simple things I worked on, like smoothing HR processes or designing clearer workflows, made a noticeable difference in how teams approached their day.Through my master’s research, I understood how quietly stress builds and how deeply environments shape wellbeing and performance, often before people realise it.Now, as an I/O Psychology professional, I bring these insights into how I design processes, support teams, and understand workplace cultures.All of these experiences shaped a simple belief for me:\'When workplaces are built with people in mind, everything about how they show up and how they feel changes\'.And that’s the kind of work I enjoy contributing to. I’m organised, reliable, and a little creative with how I solve problems.
