Do you ever feel your entrepreneurial spirit kicking in?That little voice telling you that you need, should and CAN achieve more?I know I always have.In 2008, inspired by the Asian dining experience in Chinatown after a trip to NYC, I opened a small business in Chester: a noodle bar serving nutritious Asian-fusion fast food that my customers could enjoy in-store or take away in our iconic blue boxes. You might have heard of Wok & Go?What could have remained a small local business later became a growing industry leader, with twenty branches across the UK as well as internationally. All thanks to this entrepreneurial mindset and the marvellous possibilities offered by franchising.I have also ensured multiple streams of income for Pheby Food Concepts, our mother company, through the creation of more businesses and new dynamic concepts (e.g. an expanding portfolio of guest kitchens delivering from our existing restaurants).Would you like to find out more about the story behind my business?
