A seasoned higher-education leader with more than 30 years of experience, I bring both vision and compassion to my roles. In my current appointment as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Chadron State College, I lead strategic enrollment efforts grounded in student success, institutional mission, and community needs.My path has spanned multiple states and roles — from serving as Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services at Ivy Tech to other senior leadership positions — giving me a broad, adaptable perspective and an ability to build and strengthen diverse teams.I believe strongly in resilience, perseverance, and turning challenges into opportunities. My journey with cancer — facing recurrence and undergoing advanced therapies while maintaining my professional commitments — has deeply shaped my character, giving me empathy, grit, and a desire to support others through adversity.Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports (softball, golf, and snowboarding) and hands-on creative projects (I build custom cornhole boards).
