ABOUT STEFFEN ROTH
I am a Full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Organiaztion at Excelia Business School, La Rochelle, France, and a Visiting Fellow at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge, UK. I am also a Visiting Professor at the University of Witten-Herdecke, Germany, and a Member of the Executive Committee of the Inter-University Centre Dubrovnik, Croatia. I hold the title of Full Professor of Social Sciences at Kazimieras Simonavičius University, Vilnius, Lithuania, where I am the Founding Director of the Next Society Institute, as well as the title of Adjunct Professor (venia legendi) in Economic Sociology at the University of Turku, Finland. I have also been awarded a Habilitation (facultas docendi) in economic and environmental sociology by the Italian Ministry of Education, University, and Research. I earned a PhD in sociology from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and a PhD in management from the Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany. I am an associate editor (field editor for social systems theory) of Systems Research and Behavioral Science and a member of the editorial board of Sociology.
