   Director-equivalent, business partner role providing guidance to business partners and senior business leaders (including EVPs) on all compensation-related matters for the employees worldwide (mostly engineers) in the business units responsible for AI research, AI product development, software engineering for Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.), Windows and Surface devices, and Gaming (Xbox). • Received award in August 2019 as part of cross-functional team that created and improved the reporting tool used by HR during the annual rewards process. Created tool in Power BI, leveraging its advanced data visualization capabilities, that received more than 30K views per month from approximately 500 HR users, almost double what other HR reporting solutions receive in an entire quarter. Took an agile, customer-centric approach to improve the reporting model, incorporating feedback we received to continuously deliver much requested views in real time, while in production, without jeopardizing stability. • Proactively partner with HR and line management to identify and address compensation issues, and evangelize Microsoft’s performance and development strategy to the clients supported. • Work closely with the Global Compensation Programs team on compensation plan design and process, representing the business’s point-of-view in key corporate compensation initiatives and the corporate point-of-view with client groups. • Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives. • Provide advanced, strategic, org-level guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive (including sales compensation) & stock. • Develop proposals and presentations about compensation programs to influence and educate senior-level decision-makers.
