Technical Analyst for the International Non-Program of Record Aviation Products (INRAP) of PEO Aviation as authorized by Arms Export Control Act (AECA). Provide subject matter expertise of aviation maintenance and logistics on non-standard rotary wing aircraft to include Bell 200/400 series, UH-1, AH-6i and various non-standard aircraft. Assist the U.S. Government (USG) in reviewing, analyses, drawings, test requirements, modifications and maintenance procedures while helping to ensure quality assurance and sustainment operations. Participate in Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) and other requested technical meetings. Contribute and assist in the review, development, delivery, and support in the statement of work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), technical reviews and contractual obligation between private companies and foreign nations. Interact as needed with international customers to ensure all questions and concerns for them are answered or addressed. Maintain positive relationship with Bell personal. Develop, configure and input Load Sets for pending contractual development. Interface with the Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD) to develop program airworthiness requirements, verification criteria, evidentiary documentation and modifications. Monitor the lifecycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts from concept development, experimentation, testing, and procurement though qualification; fielding; and sustainment as part of a Intergraded Product Team (IPT). Monitor Iraqi Army Aviation Command (IqAAC) Obsolescence. Work directly with Bell’s Iraq Program Manager; FMS Case Manager, Army and Special Missions Team for the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq (OSC-I); United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC); and AMCOM’s Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) on addressing, accomplishing, and supporting these issues.
