About me:I completed my Masters in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado - Boulder with a focus on Software Defined Networking and traditional Networking, recently started looking into utilizing AI to better the network. I am currently working on a Greenfield project building a service leveraging LLMs to support Networking teams to triage repetitive issues faster utilizing existing historical Amazon networking context reducing human effort in analyzing scores of operational data.My past work at Amazon had primarily been on building framework services with network automation in mind releasing new features built with customer feedbacks and long term growth potential supporting the growing Amazon network.* Note: My thoughts on LinkedIn are my own and do not reflect upon my employer.
