I am a registered patent attorney and experienced trial attorney focusing on patent litigation before the U.S. Federal Courts, International Trade Commission, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I have experience with a wide variety of technologies including software, computer memory systems, LTE/3G, batteries, farm equipment, chemical compositions, genetically modified cell lines, medical devices, mechanical devices, projector systems, and laser technology.Prior to becoming a litigator, I worked for four years preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO.
