I\'m a creative strategy director with a background in writing and design research. Lately I\'ve led experience strategy teams for a Fortune 100 technology company, named and branded a new town in North Carolina, built DTC and B2B startup brands from scratch, and defined what\'s next in workplaces, retail, and hospitality environments. With extensive global experience producing insights from qualitative and quantitative research, I work to make brands and experiences better.
