Co-Teacher in Science and Manage a Caseload of 12-15 Special Needs Students from diverse backgrounds and supported their educational, behavioral, social, emotional, and vocational needs. • Developed and implement the Individual Education Plan (IEP) with a broad range of instructional goals, placement (LRE), behavioral goals, vocational/career goals, supplementary service and aids, and transitional services.• Utilize available technology such as google classroom, zoom, Microsoft Teams, google meet, SMART board Notebook, SMART Response, Power-Point, excel and iPads to advance learning outcomes.• Administer and interpret formative assessments such as: The Wood-Cock-Johnson IV, Vocation/Career Interest Inventory and Job Readiness Assessments to use to determine goals and placement on a student’s IEP and support their development through activities such as: Career Fair’s, College and Career Field trips based on student vocational/career goals.• Participate in Department level analysis of student achievement using data assessments to identify students needing additional assistance• Ensure to students success by monitoring, coaching, and supporting their involvement in their IEP program through on-going counseling and problem solving. • Member of The School’s Instructional and Leadership Team
