Oversee administration and execution of the global SOX compliance program, including oversight of annual scoping-planning/testing/review activities and delivering timely management reporting and communications on SOX status • Promote effective SOX control environment by partnering with cross-divisional leaders to adapt controls to evolving processes and regulatory requirements as well as administering annual control owner training • Manage process for identifying and evaluating new Robotic Process Automations for SOX impact/gaps • Serve as point of contact for external audit and management requests, including investigation of potential deficiencies or gaps, process changes, and new initiatives; assist with control design and implementations • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of company-wide system implementations and initiatives for SOX impact; support development and implementation of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) control framework
