In excess of 32 years Mr. Derrick A. Denis has provided environmental consulting and industrial hygiene and educational services around the globe. Utilizing his B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Phillips University and dozens of industry-relevant certifications, he has worked in both environmental consulting and remediation. He has contracted, managed, and/or performed over indoor environmental quality (IEQ) projects. Mr. Denis is an internationally sought after presenter and author on the topic if IEQ. He has instructed over 275 IEQ related educational sessions around the world.Mr. Denis has appeared on television, been quoted in major & local newspapers, published peer reviewed scientific paper and published numerous articles in industry periodicals. Mr. Denis has an established record as a qualified impartial expert, with experience in case review, declarations, deposition and trial for varied sides of the dispute (plaintiff & defense). Mr. Denis’ industry volunteer participation is extensive. Mr. Denis served on the Board of Directors of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and the Environmental Information Association Arizona Chapter (EIA-AZ). He served on the American Council for Accredited Certifications (ACAC) Advisory Board. He is Chapter Director for the IAQA Phoenix Chapter.For over 25 years Mr. Denis has operated in the capacity of Vice President of IEQ for Clark Seif Clark, Inc.(CSC). In 2002 he opened CSC’s Arizona office. Mr. Denis’ expertise is exceptionally diverse, spanning IEQ issues including, but not limited to: Sick Building Syndrome, Odors, Mold, Trauma Scenes, Clandestine Drug Labs, Asbestos, Chrome 6, Noise, MRSA, Legionellosis, C. difficile, Lead Based Paint, Green Buildings, Radon, Corrosive Drywall, Sewer Gas, Wildfire Smoke Residue, Lithium Battery Fires, Water Incursion, SARS-CoV2, Ricin, Carbon Monoxide, Ammonia, PCBs, Mercury, Formaldehyde, Respirable Dust and more.
