Currently as Production Manager it is my duty to make sure each customer is receiving top notch service and all of their needs are taken care of and addressed. From start to finish I make sure everything is handled with nothing but professionalism. Any customer for any reason whom is unhappy with our services gets to work with me to what can be done to resolve the issue. I have built a solid rapport with a majority of our clients and enjoy getting to speak to them when I have the chance. I also work closely with our install department to make sure permits are getting pulled for the designated cities in the area as well as our service permits. I deal quite a bit with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Fleetmatics and a few other programs and processes. Very quick learner and excellent multi-tasker. Outgoing personality that will do what is needed to get the job done and to make sure everyone is happy with the end result.
