I started my work with Erickson as a Teaching Assistant, and was seconded to the Instructor role after showing great promise and passion for creating outstanding classroom experiences Having taught 200+ students, I make sure that every class is unique and engaging so that my students get the most out of the courses I teach. Hi I’m Dermot – The Celtic Coach! I coach people to create extraordinary lives by stepping up, stepping out and doing non-ordinary things! I’ve taken my passion for helping people grow into relaxed, inspired and can’t wait to create cool stuff in the World amazing human beings to the airwaves! I proudly produce and host the “The Celtic Coach Radio Show – Where Science, Spirituality and Self-Discovery Meet” on KOWS 92.5FM Radio. On the show, I interview some of the country’s top leaders in self-development and transformation, share my own stories and expert ( I use that word loosely) advice, and play the best in 80s music. It’s a bit of Tony Robbins, Robin Williams and a wee touch of the ‘Blarney’ in one dynamic radio show! My love of personal growth has seen many iterations. I set out on my own, 17-month spiritual journey in 2008, organizing a Peace Walk from LA to DC. Also, as a Coach Trainer with Erickson Coaching International, I support aspiring coaches in developing tools and skills to reach their own success. As a professional coach for 16+ years, I bring a wealth of personal experience (some of it was pretty crazy) and training to the table. In all I do, it’s my #1 priority to make sure my clients know that I’m their partner in change, serving them in their journey towards creating more meaning, value and ‘life’ in their lives. How do I do it? By listening deeply, asking powerful questions, while also challenging my clients to be more and become the amazing human beings they’ve always wanted to be. With a healthy dose of humor! Personal development is meant to be fun. Through encouraging my clients to step up, step out and take bold inspired action. And that’s ‘No Blarney’!
