I am a passionate UX Researcher, dedicated to using rigorous research and my expertise in human psychology to discover patterns in users\' experience that shape product design and business decisions. With a PhD in psychology, a Master’s in counseling and mental health, and 12 years of experience in conducting research in academia and industry, I bring a unique research skillset: Mixed Methods Expert From creating and statistically analyzing participant surveys, to designing and conducting interviews with adults or young children, I have experience with a variety of research methods and statistical analysis tools.
