Being part of the product creation process, from idea to launch, and work with Marketing, R&D, Corporate Communications, Regulatory and other teams to bring products to the market- Supporting DECATHLON\'s Brand IP strategy by defining IP protection and defense strategy according to Business priorities- Analysing search results providing opinion regarding availability for registration or use for all Patents, Design Patents and Trademark- Advising and drafting sponsorship contracts involving image rights for top tier athletes such as Gael Monfils and Teddy Riner- Being the legal referent for DECATHLON\'s Paris 2024 Olympic partnership.Advising the Business on Trademark, Patent, Design and Copyright issues and manage Trademark and design portfolios in coordination with the Business- Working with the Business to manage Trademark and Copyright aspects of advertising, promotion and packaging materials- Provide best in class management of IP related conflicts such as oppositions, pre-litigation and litigation matters, working in close coordination with DECATHLON\'s global network of in-house IP experts and external law firms- Being part of a highly skilled in-house IP team- Participating actively and contributing to the various knowledge-sharing initiatives, working and competence groups.
