I serve elite athletes, coaches, musicians, and business executives on a daily basis giving them strategies to train their minds. Using psychological theories and applied mental skills practices, I help them stay focused on what\'s most important to give them the best chance to dominate their space. Currently serving as the Director of Mental Performance at ReliaQuest. In addition to this current full-time role, I\'m serving as a consultant to MLB players, NFL players, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. It\'s devoted to connecting Biblical truths to mental performance principles, so they can compete with a deeper purpose and perform at a higher level. I\'m a former professional baseball player and professional baseball manager, and have been working in the field of mental conditioning for the past 9 years. I\'ve built out mental conditioning programs for the San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners and the University of Notre Dame. I have a Master\'s of Science in Psychology and a Master\'s of Arts in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
