In 2014, I began my profession as a Banking Associate at AwoCu Kumba, a Microfinance firm (Agric Workers Cooperative Union) in Cameroon. In this role, I carried out the following duties:Improve member connections by successfully articulating the benefits of credit union goods and services using fundamental sales methods.• Provide efficient and effective member account servicing and resolution, according to the highest service standards.• Skilled in all elements of member service, such as creating bank accounts and handling consumer loans from application to close.Assists members with new account creation, settings, and error resolution. Process all deposit, loan, safe deposit, and credit card transactions in a secure and private way, in accordance with credit union policy, practice, and legislation.• Maintains supporting account files and fills out necessary documents.• Completes end-of-day procedures and provides evidence of the designated cash draw. Keeps cash levels within authorized limits.• Follows credit union policies for wire transfers, check approvals, and overrides.
