My role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners, while continuously refining our business development and outreach strategies to meet organizational goals. Spearhead the development and refinement of the facility’s business development and marketing plans in alignment with executive leadership. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to raise awareness of Avenir’s services and expand referral networks. Represent Avenir in the community and at healthcare events, acting as a liaison between providers and our care teams. Promote a unified, mission-aligned brand presence through strategic outreach and communication efforts. Support sustainable growth by identifying new opportunities and cultivating key partnerships.
