My main duties and responsibilities are to- Contribute to the development of the human-elephant coexistence toolbox trainer-of-trainers program, including the curriculum, approaches for delivery of training sessions, and monitoring and evaluation- Coordinate the expansion of the number and variety of human-elephant conflict mitigation methods deployed and tested in Sagalla, Tsavo- Delivery of the human-elephant coexistence toolbox trainer-of-trainers program, including liaising with partner organizations, leading training sessions, guiding trainees, and physically demonstrating methods available-Coordinate or participate in any expeditions that visit partner organizations or communities in need of HEC toolbox training or material support- Organise, plan, and schedule construction, repairs, and maintenance of the bee fences, smelly elephant repellent, buzz box, and any other deterrent methods being tested
